CREATING INCOMES

Incomes are money that a member receives on a weekly basis.  Examples of Incomes would be a job, such as babysitting, where money is earned consistently each week.  Incentives are money based and would be something you wouldn’t expect from your child, yet would be helpful for the child.  When they earn an Incentive they will be earning its cash value.  Deposits are money that your member would receive, yet not on a regular basis, such as birthday money.  Deposits will be set up and added in the Money Sheet as a member receives them.

1.  Click on the text description Income or Incentive under ‘Starting Balance’.  Select ‘Add Money.’

  1. In Enter Money dialog box, enter in the description of the Income your member will be consistently receiving (job, babysitting, delivering papers, etc) and for Incentives, something a child can do to earn money (washing the car, cleaning the garages, etc). Select the Money value and click ‘ok.’

  1. Once one income has been created, you can also create more incomes by clicking on any created income, ‘Income’ text, or the ‘Receive (Deposit)’ text and select either “Add Income” or “Add Suggested Income”.
