Creating Privileges

1. From the top menu, select a child or the family to begin creating privileges in the Level Chart. Selecting the family's Level Chart will create common privileges for all members.

2. Creating privileges can be a complex process. A discussion with each child would be beneficial in selecting privileges that are appropriate yet special and meaningful to each child. The bottom level will never have any privileges. Each level above from the bottom should start with basic ‘common privileges’. As the child works his/her way to the top levels, the privileges should then become more special and tailored to each his/her special interests.

3. To begin adding privileges to a level, click on 'Add Privileges' or ‘Add Suggested Privilege’. Note that privileges can only be used once in each child's Level Chart. No privilege can be included in more than one level. The same privileges can be placed in different levels for different children. However, this is not suggested because it could create confusion between the different members in the family.

4. Enter the information in Enter Privilege and click OK to create a Privilege.
