Points
All the applied
behaviors are listed under each category – Expected, Extra, and Other behaviors
that can be viewed and compared by weeks. In “Columns”, you can select Actual
Points, Target Points, and Possible Points. You can select one, two, or all
three types of points to compare. When you are ready, click
“Refresh” on the left top corner. Every time you make a selection, click
on Refresh to update the data. You will then see all the points associated with
each behavior.
Actual Points: Total Points achieved by a member.
Target Points: Total Points that was expected from a
member – points that the child could have achieved for the specified week(s).
This is a realistic goal for a member and not the maximum points possible.
Possible
Points: Total possible
Points that a member could achieve – the maximum points that the child could
obtain in a given week.
Click “Graph”
next to Refresh to transform the report into a graph. There are two options:
Bar graph or Line graph. You can choose one or the other from the “Chart Type”.
“Chart Items”
has different choices. The main ones are: Total Expected Behaviors, Total Extra
Behaviors, Total Other Behaviors and Total Behaviors. You have options to add
each specific behavior you have set up to the graph as well. Simply check the
behaviors you want to view and click Refresh. Each behavior can have up to three
components: Actual Points, Target Points, and Possible Points, which can be
selected from “Report”. If you would like to check or uncheck any of these
types of points, simply click “Report” next to Refresh and go back to the
Report page to uncheck the type(s) of points.
Each Bar is
color coordinated. There is a chart showing which color represents which
behavior and points.
You can select to graph
Money, Tokens, and Incidents as well.
