CREATING SUGGESTED INCIDENTS

1. Click on ‘Incidents’ or an already created incident and select ‘Add Suggested Incident’.

2. Select an incident from the list.

3. Select the incident’s consequence and enter all applicable specifics.

Consequences will vary depending on the seriousness of the Incident; this is up to your family to decide.
