CREATING INCIDENTS

1. Click on ‘Incident’ to begin setting up Incidents and their corresponding Consequence.

2. Click on ‘Add Incident’ or ‘Add Suggested Incident’. Enter the description, select a Consequence and its specifics, and select the duration of weeks the consequence will be in effect. The duration of weeks can easily be edited when tracking Incidents.
