REWARDS

Children can exchange earned Tokens for ‘Rewards’.

  1. To set up Rewards, click on ‘Rewards’ and select either ‘Add Reward’ or ‘Add Suggested Reward’.

 

 

  1. In the Enter Reward dialog box, add the 1) Description of the Reward, 2) when the Reward can be received, 3) the number of Tokens it requires, and 4) days that the Reward can be obtained (example: going to the beach may only be available on the weekends).

 

 

  1. Click ‘OK’.

 

Rewards can be made either ‘Common’ or ‘Individual’. There are two ways to add ‘Common Rewards’.

  1. In the family’s Tokens Sheet, click on ‘Rewards’, select either ‘Add Reward’ or ‘Add Suggested Reward’ and set up its specifics.                                                                                                                                       
  2. From an Individual’s sheet, click on the Reward and select ‘Make Reward Common’.

All the ‘Common Rewards’ are highlighted in light blue to differentiate from ‘Individual Rewards’. To make a Common Reward individual click on a Common Reward in a member’s Token Sheet and scroll down to ‘Make Individual.’  Click again on the new Individual Reward and scroll down to ‘Edit Reward,’ make any changes in the Enter Reward dialog box.  Rewards will remain Common in all members’ sheet unless they are also made individual and edited.
