SUMMARY REPORTS

The Summary Report shows Privileges, Incidents and Money that a child has earned for the week.

First, it shows the current Privileges that the child has earned, Obtaining Days for each Privilege and their current level.

Second, it shows the Incidents. All the Incidents recorded in the Incident sheet are listed here. It shows the Date, Description, Consequence, and any notes added to the Incident.

Third, it shows the Money section. It has the Starting Balance, which should be the Starting Balance for the Saturday (first day of the week cycle). It has the Total Income (Income + Incentives + Allowances) and shows the Income entries and notes made for the week. The Total Expenses (Expenses + Incident Fees) is below Income and shows all the Expense entries, Incident fees, and notes associated with them. The Net Income is Total Income – Total Expenses. The Ending balance is the last Ending balance shown (Depending when in the week cycle you are viewing).
