TRACKING MULTIPLE INCENTIVES
Rewards could not be purchased more than
once on the same date; however, an incentive may be earned more than once on
the same date. The following steps cover
how to track the multiple earnings.
- The same Incentive
can be earned more than once on the same date. You can either edit the token’s value to
accommodate the multiple earnings and track only one hotspot, or track
several hotspots.
- Multiple hotspots
can be created in the same cell. To
track an Incentive that occurred more than once on the same date, create a
hotspot and continue the process until you have the number of hotspots for
every time the same incentive was earned on one date.
- Having multiple
hotspots in the same cell does not mean all tracked incentives must have
the same value of tokens. Each hotspot can be edited to have different
token values for the incentive earned and specific notes.
