TRACKING MULTIPLE INCIDENTS

1. The same Incident can occur more than once on the same date. You can either edit the consequence to account for the multiple occurrences tracking only one hotspot, or you can track several hotspots for each Incident that occurred more than once on the same date.

2. Tracking multiple hotspots, to track an Incident that occurred more than once on the same date create a hotspot and continue the process until you have the number of hotspots for every time the same Incident occurred.

3. Having multiple hotspots for the same date and Incident doesn’t mean all tracked Incidents must have the same consequence or specifics. Each hotspot can be edited to have a different consequence or specifics to the consequence.
