CREATING COMMON PRIVILEGES

1. You can create Common Privileges that apply to the entire family by creating privileges in the family's Level Chart, or by making a privilege ‘Common’ from an individual's Level Chart.

2. All privileges set up in the family's Level Chart will be set in all members’ charts in the same level and with the same obtainable days. They will be highlighted to differentiate from individual privileges.

3. To make a privilege ‘Common’ from an individual's chart, click on the privilege to set common and scroll down to 'Make Common Privilege.' The privileges will then be added into all the members’ charts and highlighted to differentiate from other individual privileges.
